A: If you're a BC nonprofit with 5+ employees, registered and in good standing, you almost certainly qualify. We'll confirm eligibility in our free 15-minute call.
Q: How long does grant approval take?
A: Typically 2-6 weeks from application submission to approval. We handle all the paperwork and follow-up.
Q: What if my grant is denied?
A: Rare (our approval rate is 90%+), but if it happens, we'll help you apply to alternative funding or work out reduced pricing.
Q: Do I pay upfront or after the grant?
A: You pay the full amount upfront. The BC government reimburses you for 80-100% of the cost within 60-90 days after training completion.
Q: Can you guarantee I'll get approved?
A: We can't guarantee government decisions, but we have a 90%+ approval rate because we know exactly what the province is looking for.
Q: What grants do you access?
A: Primarily, the BC Employer Training Grant. We also identify sector-specific training funds and Community Gaming Grants where applicable.

Q: Are these generic training templates?
A: Never. Every video is custom-built for YOUR organization using YOUR procedures, YOUR language, and YOUR workflows.
Q: How long are the videos?
A: Typically 2-5 minutes per SOP. Long enough to be thorough, short enough to keep attention.
Q: Can staff skip ahead or fast-forward?
A: Not in our interactive videos (Tier 2+). The system requires engagement at decision points and tracks actual completion.

A: We offer annual maintenance plans to update videos as regulations or procedures evolve. One-time updates are also available.

A: Absolutely. Many organizations start with Tier 1 (5 videos) and expand once they see the results.
Q: What format are the videos delivered in?
A: Cloud-hosted on a secure platform. Staff access via any device (phone, tablet, computer). No downloads or IT setup required.

A: From initial call to completed videos: 3-6 weeks total (includes 2-4 weeks for grant approval, 1-2 weeks for production).
Q: How much of my team's time does this require?
A: Minimal. We need 1-2 hours total for interviews about your procedures, plus time to review the scripts. We do the heavy lifting.
Q: Do you work with organizations outside BC?
A: Currently, we specialize in BC nonprofits due to our provincial grant expertise. Contact us to discuss options for other regions.

A: Yes! Basic training is included.
Q: What if we have multiple locations?
A: That's our Tier 3 Enterprise package. We coordinate multi-site rollouts and can customize content for location-specific procedures.
